President's Message

Mahendar Rao

President, 2026

It is my honor to serve the India Association of North Texas (IANT) and our vibrant community. Our mission remains clear and focused—celebrating Indian culture, supporting our members, and giving back to the community we call home.

We are deeply committed to promoting Indian culture by showcasing its rich heritage, traditions, and diversity. Our signature events—India Day and Anand Bazaar—welcome thousands of attendees each year and serve as powerful platforms for cultural exchange. These events highlight local artists and performers while educating the broader community about the beauty of Indian traditions.

Supporting our members is central to our vision. We strive to provide meaningful resources that foster personal and professional growth. By embracing technology, expanding educational and social programs, and strengthening digital engagement, we aim to create inclusive, dynamic experiences where every member’s voice is valued.

Community service remains a core priority. Through impactful initiatives, we will continue to contribute to the well-being of our local community and uphold the values of service and compassion.
