Addendum to Previous Notice dated 25^th September 2024 of Annual Meeting 2024

Dear Member,

In continuation of the earlier letter dated September 25^th 2024, which informed the members about the Nomination Committee who chose the 2025 board slate, the process of filing as a petition candidate, and its deadlines, please find the amended notice, as per clause 4.4 of the Bylaws reflecting the new proposed changes. As per clause 16.5 Amendment (s) to the Bylaws, the 2024 Board of Trustees & Directors propose the following amendment to the IANT Bylaws:

Existing Clause: 5.2.3 QUALIFICATIONS: All BOD life members shall be members in good standing.

The President shall be elected only in those exceptional circumstances when the President-Elect withdraws from automatically assuming the office of the President as provided herein. The President’s term shall be for one year; no other officer shall be elected for the same office for more than two consecutive terms unless elected by acclamation without contest. No Board members shall be elected to serve for more than five (5) consecutive terms.
