IANT Consular Camp - Saturday, 24th May, 2025
India Association of North Texas (IANT) is hosting CGI-Houston Team in Dallas during the one-day Consular Camp.

CONSULAR CAMP ADDRESS: 701 North Central Expy., Bldg # 5, Richardson, TX 75080

Please schedule your appointment here. Only one application per slot would be processed. If you have multiple applications, then you need to block multiple slots.

Bookings for the Appointment would start on Friday, May 16th, 2025 at 5:00 PM. 

Houston Consular Office Notes :

1. Consular camp is ONLY for Document Verification. Once verified by Consular Officers, you MUST mail your application to VFS Global - Houston Center. This verification process will aid in expediting the application process.

2. All Miscellaneous Services processing will be done on the same day, wherever possible.

3. No Passport Applications/Renewals, Tourists/Emergency/any other Visa or Renunciation/OCI Applications/Reissue are issued at this camp. 

Consular Camp process notes :

1. Make sure you complete your online application and bring the printouts of the application and other documents relevant to your case. The documents need to be arranged in the same sequence as mentioned in the application checklist. Carry your original documents too for consul verification. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

2. The adult applicant or in case of minor or senior persons, one additional person accompanying, would be allowed entry to the venue to avoid overcrowding of people. 

3. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time and register at the counter. If you missed your appointment, we will try to accommodate you in the next available slot.

4. As per instructions, there may not be any walk-ins allowed during the Camp but in case you walk-in, we will try to accomodate and serve you, but bear in mind - you may have to wait longer than expected as members with appointments will be given first preference.
