Senior Citizens Day – Celebrating Wisdom, Wellness & Community

A key feature of the program is an important Scam Awareness session conducted by the FBI, designed to empower seniors with practical knowledge to stay safe in today’s fast‑changing world. The session covers essential topics such as protecting oneself and loved ones from scams and abuse, recognizing financial fraud, and adopting smart online habits. This initiative reflects IANT’s dedication to safeguarding the well‑being of our senior community through education and awareness.

To support holistic wellness, the event includes health awareness tips and everyday yoga, offering simple, accessible routines that promote mobility, balance, and relaxation. These sessions are designed for all ability levels, ensuring that every participant can comfortably take part. Adding a joyful touch to the day, we’ve included fun activities such as Bingo and Karaoke, creating moments of laughter, friendly competition, and shared celebration.
