IANT - LIFE CERTIFICATE only Consular Camp - Saturday, November 15th, 2025
India Association of North Texas (IANT) is hosting CGI-Houston Team in Dallas during the one-day Consular Camp.

Please schedule your appointment here. Only one application per slot would be processed. If you have multiple applications, then you need to block multiple slots.

Houston Consular Office Notes:

1. Consular camp is ONLY for LIFE CERTIFICATE Services.
2. Except for issue of Life Certificates, No other Miscellaneous Services processing will be done at this camp.
3. No verification of documents for Passport Applications/Renewals, Tourists/Emergency/any other Visa or OCI Applications/Reissue will be done at this camp. 

Consular Camp process Notes:

1. Make sure you complete your documentation and bring the printouts of the application and other supporting documents relevant to your Life Certificate case :

2. The documents need to be arranged in the same sequence as mentioned in the application checklist. Carry your originals documents too for consul verification. Incomplete applications will not be processed. 
3. Along with the senior person, one additional person accompanying, would be allowed entry to the venue to avoid overcrowding of people. 
4. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time and register at the counter. If you missed your appointment, we will try to accommodate you in the next available slot.
5. As per instructions, there may not be any walk-ins allowed during the Camp but in case you walk-in, we will try to accommodate and serve you, but bear in mind - you may have to wait longer than expected as members with appointments will be given first preference.
